How to Register for Coop Classes

Early Registration:

By Email or Phone:

For class information and space availability, please email or phone (as indicated with the course description) the specified contact for the event, if there is one. If none is indicated, please call registrar Joanne Blythe at 343-0802.

Print out the registration form.

(You'll need the free Adobe Reader to access this form. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed, get it here.)

Complete the form and mail it to:

Coop Registrar

Saskatoon Writers' Coop

The Refinery

609 Dufferin Avenue,

Saskatoon

S7H 1C4

Include payment in full.

(Do you need to read the Coop's Refund and Cancellation policy?)

For courses they host, The Refinery accepts telephone registrations (with payment by credit card) ahead of time.

The Coop's Registrar or course contact can also give you further information, if required, on advance registration procedures.

Class sizes are limited. We cannot guarantee that a place will be available if you choose to mail in your cheque before calling the registrar or contact person--or if you choose to register but not submit the full registration fee.

Fair Warning: given the limitations of our mail-handling procedures, the mail-in method is probably the riskiest alternative in terms of securing a space.

In Person: One Night Only:

The Refinery hosts a single registration night. Available places, if any, will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you can register early, please do so, in order to avoid disappointment.

Confirmation:

You will receive confirmation by phone or email once your completed registration form and cheque have been received and processed.

If you do not receive confirmation of your registration within two weeks of your mailing, though, please email or phone the course contact person, or the registrar. But please-- if the course information names a specific contact person, be sure you have made that contact as well. Better we know about your interest twice than not at all.

Our mail-handling processes are not always the fastest.

Refunds and Cancellations:

All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrolments. If minimum enrolment is not achieved, the class will be cancelled and a full refund issued. Other refunds will be issued subject to the following conditions:

Refunds and Cancellations

The Saskatoon Writers' Coop will do its very best to make sure you are satisfied with the classes and events we offer. Please understand, however, that ours is an organization run entirely by community-minded volunteers. In other words, we hate having to decline requests but, sometimes, we must.

To head-off misunderstandings, we have established a few guidelines. Please read them before you write your cheque.

Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Thanks!
